Q How competitive are your prices?
A We offer the lowest prices and the best service. Unlike other companies the prices we quote is the price you pay. We have a policy of no add ons or hidden extras.
Q What's included in your tariff?
A The price we quote is a fixed price with no hidden extras.
Q What if I find a cheaper company?
A First make sure that there are no hidden extras (car parking, congestion charge, waiting time and toll charges) and if you do find it cheaper call us to compare prices.
Q My pickup/destination has changed
A We are very flexible and will cater for all your needs
Q My flight has been delayed
A We monitor all flights to ensure that our chauffeurs meet you on time. How ever long the delay is we will meet you there when you come out of the airport.
Q I'm at the airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?
A Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal next to the exit from customs, with a board with your name and flight number.
Q Can I cancel my booking?
A Yes providing you give us sufficient notice (24 hours).
Q Can I smoke in your cars?
A We do observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars. However if you wish to smoke we will not stop you. Our customer comfort is our priority.
